The S1300 is intended for installation on the FC Inner tip or FC Own stage tipper and it blends well with the car frame and is painted to match the color of the car. The sandblaster has a roller that rotates either hydraulically or with an electric motor, which feeds the desired amount of sand from the platform to the ground. The amount of sand can be adjusted easily from the driver installed in the cab, either manually or automatically depending on the driving speed.
From the controller, the amount of sand can be easily adjusted with g/m2 accuracy to set the appropriate amount. The sandblaster includes a license for the Htrack positioning system, which by activating (for an additional fee) the sandblasting data (amount and working width) is stored directly in the positioning system.
The S1300 concrete sandblaster is also available with the DS7000 double disc sandblaster (only for hydraulic models).
The sandblaster is also available with a 300 L slanted tank, which eliminates the need for a tipper.
Compatible with all Ficon electric sandblasters and spreaders. This monitoring software allows you to monitor and control your spreaders from your computer, tablet or smartphone.
